View range of batteries

Solar Charge stocks a variety of batteries for all solar, float or cycling applications. We have batteries from 1Ah to 1800Ah. Our knowledge of batteries has accumulated over 25 years of hands-on experience including living with solar and battery power at our homes.

We have the widest selection of brands and also carry a good selection of Ex-Gov Batteries, both vented and SLA from 10 to 1000Ah at bargain prices and fully tested by us. These are subject to availability.

Brands we stock include:

Century Yuasa Enersun, SLA

We offer the Century Enersun range of Deep Cycle batteries for home power systems. These batteries feature tubular plate technology for excellent battery life.

The batteries are packed as 6 volts in a convenient metal case for ease of handling. They are supplied with a hydrometer, and Century maintenance kit. Call for more dteails.

Sizes: 450Ah to 1325Ah at C/100.

Also available is the popular SSDC100-12. 105Ah, 12V.

Exide EnergyStore

The Energystore batteries are popular for home systems.

The popular SL12/90 is ideal for caravans and 4WD where rugged construction is important.

Sonnenschein "Gel" SLA

Sonnenschein has a wide range of sealed true gel batteries with excellent life. These are classified as "non-hazardous" for safe tranportation, even in aeroplanes.

The Solar Block range is built for deep cycling and can be discharged to there full rating, unlike conventional sealed lead-acid. Sizes available: 60Ah to 200Ah.

The A600 range is ideally suited to RAPS systems.With 100% cycle capability to their full rating, they outperform many vented RAPS batteries of larger capacity. Phone for details.

The A500 series is built for long life in float/ shallow cycle applications. Sizes from 1.0Ah to 200Ah.

Other Brands including Panasonic SLA and APEX/Trojan. Available on request .
